We like to keep group sizes small and there is never a time limit on our adventures.

Chris
Head Guide, Web Developer, Photographer
UK Mountain Leader, RCI Climbing Instructor, IRF Raft Guide, International Canyoning Organisation for Professionals (ICO Pro), CA123 and AIN & FREC 3 First Responder
Chris’s love of the outdoors has taken him around the world, working as a guide in New Zealand, the Austrian Tyrol and the UK.
Chris currently splits his time with winter in the Austrian Alps and Summers back in the Lakes running Ghyllscrambling adventures!
Andy
The Boss, Bookings
A Winter Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor, an International Mountain Leader and British Association of Snowsports Instructor.
Andy is a highly qualified practitioner in watersports as a RYA Senior Instructor with RYA Safety Boat and RYA Yachtmaster qualifications. He is also a qualified Rescue 3 Swiftwater Rescue Technician.
An experienced Teacher & Youth & Community Worker having worked in the education service for 43 years where he has managed the delivery of outdoor activities to all ages and abilities in a variety of roles in schools, residential centres and the youth service.
Andy has been directing Mountain Training Courses for over 40 years as a Mountain Training Course Provider.
Jenny
Operations & Bookings
A valued member of our team & a ghyll guru in the making, supporting us around base and doing the all important jobs that keep the wetsuits sliding
Jenny is an A-level PE & Geography student who enjoys climbing, skiing and ghyllscrambling when she has a break in her busy schedule!
From time to time we may will use other instructors to help us run our trips.
All of them are highly qualified either by the UK Mountain Training framework or by ICOpro (International Canyoning Organisation for professionals).
Site specific trained & experienced for the particular trip they’re on.
