Can we bring our dog?
Generally dogs are not. a good idea, they have to be happy off the lead and you need to be fully focused on looking after your self in the Ghyll.
While there are some instructors who bring their dogs to work, similar to sheep dogs, these dogs are specially trained.
Will the activity be cancelled if the weathers bad?
Ghyllscrambling is the best non weather dependent activity you can book here in the Lake District, were getting wet anyway and a bit of rain isn’t usually a problem!
That being said, when we get what we call “proper rain”, sometimes the water level can be too high, in those cases we will keep you updated and make the call to keep everyone safe.
Of course we can refund you completely or carry that booking over to another time.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for more info.
